Iris by Stuchai is an AI-powered maintenance photo identification platform that helps property managers identify appliances, receive maintenance requests, and streamline property management operations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use the same login

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Our AI provides appliance identification and cost estimates as a helpful tool. While we strive for accuracy, the Service should not be the sole basis for maintenance decisions. We are not liable for AI misidentifications or estimate errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stuchai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stuchai, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
